Dangal girl, Suhani Bhatnagar was in 6th standard when the film was released

Suhani, who etched a special place in millions of hearts with her stunning performance in the film, was just in standard 6 when the film was released. For the unversed, Dangal was her debut film at the age of 14 years. Following her selection for the cast in the film after a few auditions, she also had to work on her Haryanvi accent and huge fitness. However, her cute camaraderie never missed a chance to break records, and along with her other co-star's contribution, the film became one of the most successful movies in the year 2017.

Suhani is a student of Delhi Public School, Faridabad,  Haryana and she has revealed in many of her interviews that her teachers over there used to motivate her to pursue acting. Thus, much before making her Bollywood debut, Suhani was also seen in a few printed advertisements for the brand, Monte Carlo. However, her role in the sports biographical drama, Dangal gave her immense popularity and she also received widespread acclaim.

Suhani is currently prioritizing her studies more than making a comeback

After the release of her debut film, Suhani has neither appeared in any television show nor any film. Earlier, when she was asked about her comeback to the world of acting, she had explained that she was focussing on her studies at that point in time. Thus, she was staying away from the world of glam and glitz, and once she completes her studies, she would continue her profession in acting.
