Upasana Kamineni On Postpartum Phase, Shares Klin Kaara's Eating Habits Are Similar To Ram Charan

Upasana Kamineni Konidela and Ram Charan are one of the much-loved couples. The duo hopped onto the forever journey back in 2012. After ten years of marital bliss, the couple welcomed their baby girl, Klin Kaara, into their lives. It was back in June 2023, when Ram and Upasana brought their Mega Princess home, and now the little one is about to turn one year old in just one month. However, in a recent interview, Upasana talked about her postpartum phase and revealed how Ram Charan supported her throughout the same.

Upasana Kamineni recently sat for an interview with ETimes, wherein she shared that she has gotten immense support from Ram Charan throughout her postpartum phase. She stated that she had to stay in her parents' home during that phase, and Ram Charan, being a doting father and an attentive husband, supported her and moved to his in-laws' home with her. Calling Ram Charan her therapist, Upasana added:

"My husband is my therapist and moved in with me to my parents’ place. I understand that it’s not the same for all mothers, so it’s vital for them to prioritise their well-being and seek professional help when needed.”

In the same interview, Upasana Kamineni mentioned that Ram Charan is quite attentive and is a hands-on father. She added that the actor's participation in raising Klin Kaara has enriched her entire parenting phase. Upasana also made a cute revelation about her daughter and added that her eating habits started to get similar to her father's, and thus, the little one is a true Konidela. Upasana can be quoted as saying:

"Charan’s loving attention and participation in raising Klin Kaara has enriched this phase of my life even further. Even her eating habits mirror his; she’s a true Konidela. Transitioning into motherhood has been a profound journey, but certainly not without challenges."

Upasana Kaminenei talks about feeling mom guilt

In the interview, Upasana Kamineni discussed feeling mom guilt. For the uninitiated, Upasana is the Vice Chairperson of a hospital chain. However, she added that it's heart-wrenching for her to leave her daughter, Klin Kaara, at home for work, and she and Ram Charan often cry about it.

The newbie mommy also shared that motherhood is a profound journey and comes with many challenges. Upasana credited her mom, Shobana, for raising her child. Ram Charan's wife then mentioned that she often wishes to do things differently, but her mom reminds her that no one is perfect.

Upasana Kamineni shares that Klin Kaara's significant nickname

In the concluding segment of the interview, Upasana Kaminenei shared that she has a profound connection to Amrabad, and she loves forests and its people. Klin's mom added that she wants the former to imbibe the Chenchu culture, which is why she held the naming ceremony there. Talking more about the same, Upasana added that she and her family members call Klin Kaara Chenchu Kaara at home.
