Sushmita Sen talks about the early days of her career and reveals people used to call her 'difficult to work with'

In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, Sushmita Sen revealed that during the early days of her career, when someone used to work with 'Khans', they had to bend backwards and just do their work. The actress further added that she always had a system to work 8-10 hours on the sets, which she follows even today. Sushmita mentioned that it is her rule to reach the set on time and leave on her time only. The actress shared that during the early days of her career, everyone started having problems with her work ethics and attitude. Sushmita shared:

"When I joined the industry, if you have a film with one of the Khans or one of the major A-list actors, you don’t talk about shift time and number of days and all. You just bend backward and do the film. But I started asking for eight hours, ten hours with makeup and hair specifically. I will come on time and will leave on time. It’s a system I follow even today. I will never be late, but then I will leave on time. So first, everyone had a problem with that attitude, they had so much to say, ‘Attitude de rahi hai, samajhti kya hai apne aap ko...Who works like this, blah blah blah.’”
