During the course of the interaction, Raja was asked about his take on Palak's action of coming out in the open and talking about the issue. Raja Chaudhary was quoted as saying, “I feel very proud of her. She is a very brave girl. As we all know, it takes a lot of courage to discuss something to the world.” Further when he was asked how he will be safeguarding his daughter, he replied, “I am always there for her. Whenever she needs me, she just needs to give me a call that 'Papa I need you' and I will be right there standing by her side supporting her for everything.” (Checkout: 'Shivaay' Actress Sayyeshaa's Hubby, Arya's Wish On Her First Birthday Post-Wedding Is Pure Love)

In the same interaction, when he was asked if Shweta’s decision of marrying Abhinav was wrong, he stated, “Absolutely, it was a wrong step.” When he was further asked, did Abhinav create problems between him and Shweta before the two got divorced, he answered, “Abhinav was there in her life as a man who offers shoulder to a woman who is upset and depressed. Likewise, he used to drive her car, carry her purses, provide pick and drop services. She was so influenced by him that he used to even guide her on taking divorce. 'Do not let Raja meet his daughter,' were his words.”

When he was further asked if he misses Palak, pat came his reply, “Obviously, I do. That's why I be in touch with her on calls and messages.” Also, he was questioned, “Have you tried reaching out to Shweta and asked her how they are and what is happening?” To this, he replied, “Since yesterday, I have called her more than 100 times, but she hasn't answered a single call of mine and is not even replying to my messages. One should show the courtesy and at least revert; after all she is my daughter as well. But what to say! Shweta has always been like this, drawn a big wall between me and Palak and she is continuing to do so till now. Since 2007, when we officially got separated, she never answered me anything properly.”

Lastly, Raja expressed that he is feeling left out and was quoted as saying, “Of course, I am feeling left out. She is my daughter and going through a hard time. And I am not able to take any stand. For the ones who had missed out on Palak’s long open letter clarifying things and speaking for herself and her mom. Palak had written, “Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who’s reached out to express their concern and support. Secondly, I would like to address and clarify a few things out of my own rectitude: The media does not have the facts and they never will. I, Palak Tiwari, was on multiple occasions a victim of domestic abuse NOT my mother, except for the day that the complaint was filed he hadn’t hit my mother. As a reader of the news its often easy to forget that you do not know the truth of what goes on behind closed doors or how much fortitude my mother has shown in both her marriages. This is someone’s household you’re writing about, someone’s life you’re discussing. Many of you fortunately haven’t even dealt with something of such heinous proportions, and hence you have no right to comment, discuss or paint someone else’s image through your biased, misinformed views.”

Clarifying that her step-father, Abhinav has never physically molested or touched her inappropriately, Palak had further penned, “It’s beyond disgusting and its time that I stand up for my mother for she is the strongest person I know and since out of all of us I’m the only person who’s witnessed her struggle day in and day out, my opinion is the only one that matters. Abhinav Kohli has never physically molested me or touched me inappropriately. Before spreading something of this caliber or even believing it, it’s imperative you as readers know the veracity of the facts that you’re blindly divulging endlessly. However, he did persistently make inappropriate and disturbing remarks the impact of which is only known to my mother and I, and if any woman from any walk of life were to hear them, she would be greatly embarrassed and provoked too. Words which would question the standing dignity of any woman, which you wouldn’t expect to hear from any man, especially not your “father”. Seeing our lives through social media, reading about us in the papers can only tell you so much about our struggles, but never enough to comment on them. Today as a proud daughter, I’m here to tell you that my mother is the most respectable individual that I’ve ever come across, the MOST self-sufficient, one who’s never required or even had a man provide for her and has always taken the social standing of a “man” in both the families that we’ve been a part of.” (Also Check: Shweta Tiwari's Daughter, Palak Tiwari Reveals She Has Been A Victim Of Domestic Abuse Not Her Mom)
