Rubina Dilaik Shows Glimpses Of Rigorous Postpartum Fitness Journey: '10th Day Post My C Section..'

Rubina Dilaik Shows Glimpses Of Rigorous Postpartum Fitness Journey: '10th Day Post My C Section..'

Rubina Dilaik and her husband, Abhinav Shukla entered the newest phase of their lives as they embraced parenthood for the first time on the auspicious occasion of Gurupurab, back on November 27, 2023. They gave birth to their twin daughters, Edhaa and Jeeva. And it was after a month of their birth, that the doting parents collaboratively dropped the first glimpse of their newborns and revealed the 'good news' of welcoming the princesses into their lives. Now, the doting mommy gave a sneak peek into her rigorous postpartum fitness journey.

Rubina Dilaik shows her postpartum transition and calls her body- her temple

Taking to her IG handle, Rubina Dilaik posted a series of glimpses from her inspirational postpartum fitness journey. In the first picture she shared a collage of her two pictures from two different time zones- one with her baby bump and the following one a few days after she began her fitness regime. In both the pictures, she wore the same black-hued athleisure and looked stunning. She also penned a long note explaining how she is extremely mindful of her body and knows its worth from the beginning. Calling her body as her temple, Rubina penned:

"People laughed when I said, my body is my temple ( but it didn’t bother me) …….. Just because of this awareness, I could easily transition from This life transforming journey of my pregnancy into Postpartum as I was mindful about my body and its worth …….. Your body is what will carry you till your Last day on Earth, worship it ………( fast forward from November #2023 to January #2024 ) #rubinadilaik."

Further, Rubina shared a video consisting of various moments of her fitness routine, including pelvic tilts, leg slides, squats and many others. Sharing them, in the same note, she penned down in detail, from when she actually began working out. She mentioned that she began her post-natal yoga on the 10th day after her C-section, started a swimming session on the 15th Day, on the 33rd day she joined her Pilates class, and on the 36th day, she finally attempted a headstand without support. Rubina also mentioned that she is extremely proud of herself.

Rubina Dilaik talked about experiencing changes in life after becoming a mother

The newbie mommy, Rubina also hosts a chat show, Kisi Ne Bataya Nahi: The Mamacado Show, on her YouTube channel, wherein she invites multiple people to talk with them on pregnancy-related topics candidly. However, during the same discussions, Rubina also delves into many unknown anecdotes from her pregnancy and post-pregnancy life. In one of the recent Vlogs on her show, Rubina talked about her experiences of becoming a newbie mommy. She mentioned how she didn’t expect her life to change this much, after welcoming her baby girls, Jeeva and Edhaa. Adding how it has been difficult for her these days to find some personal time for herself, Rubina said:

“Maa banne ke baad zindagi itna zyada badal jayega koi bataya nahi tha. Mein itni itni vyast tha ki aaj almost 33-35 days ke baad mein apne liye thoda sa wat nikali.”

Rubina revealed she worked for her show till the day of her hospitalisation

Further in the conversation, Rubina opened up about getting a lot of positive feedback and love for hosting the show, which became extremely helpful and informative for the first-time mommies. Speaking about the same, she shared about completing her shoot for the show till the very last moment when she was to get hospitalised for her delivery. Rubina revealed:

“Mein last din taak shoot kar rahi thi, meine dopeher ko shoot kiya and evening mein mujhe hospital leke gaya.”
