Pawan Kalyan's Ex-Wife, Renu Desai Makes Shocking Revelation On Their Divorce, 'He Left, Remarried'

South Indian actress, Renu Desai married actor-turned-politician, Pawan Kalyan, in 2008, but they parted ways in 2012. Pawan and Renu have two children, a son named Akira, and a daughter named Aadhya. While Pawan has moved on in his life, his fans still ship him with Renu. Recently, a fan mocked Renu for leaving a great man like Pawan, and she decided to shut the troll down with a shocking confession.

Recently, Pawan Kalyan’s ex-wife, Renu Desai, opened up about their ugly divorce. It so happened that, taking to the actress' Instagram post, one of the fans of Pawan Kalyan dropped a nasty comment, accusing her of not being patient and getting divorced from the actor. Though the fan's comment was in Telugu, M9 News translated it as:

“You should have been more patient, sister-in-law. You misunderstood someone like a god. Perhaps now you realise his worth. But I’m glad the kids are with Pawan Kalyan.”

Renu Desai makes a shocking revelation on divorce with Pawan Kalyan

As soon as the comment caught Renu's attention, she lost her cool and clapped back at the fan. The actress made a shocking revelation that she didn't break the marriage, but her ex-husband, Pawan left her. Asking people to refrain from such comments, she replied:

“If you had an ounce of intelligence, you wouldn’t make such a foolish comment. He was the one who left me and remarried, not the other way around. Please refrain from such comments; they only torment me.”

When Renu Desai talked about calling off her second wedding

While the Jana Sena Party leader, Pawan Kalyan married Anna Lezhneva after parting ways with Renu, she decided not to remarry. However, Renu was engaged to someone a few years back, but she called off the marriage. Speaking about her engagement, in an interview with a media portal back in 2023, Renu said that she reconsidered her decision to tie the knot again because of her daughter, Aadhya, who was seven back then. In her words:

“I have not spoken anything about that marriage as it is purely my matter. But, I don’t want anyone to misunderstand what happened in my life. So, I want to clear it off. I got engaged in the presence of my family and friends. Aadhya was seven back then. I had to give time to the person I was marrying. After thinking about her and knowing she needed someone to look after her, I called off the marriage.”

Pawan Kalyan's three marriages

For the uninformed, Pawan Kalyan previously tied the knot twice, but neither of his two marriages had a successful ending. It was back in 1997 when the actor married a 19-year-old girl named Nandini in an arranged marriage setup. However, after a few years of marital bliss, the duo started facing troubles. In 2001, Pawan announced that he was moving in with actress, Renu Desai, and later welcomed a baby boy with her. However, Pawan and Renu got divorced in 2012 after three years of marriage. Later, the actor tied the knot with Russian actor, Anna Lezhneva, on September 30, 2013. In 2017, the couple welcomed their baby boy, Mark Shankar Pawanovich.
