Daughter of director, Anil Ganguly, Rupali Ganguly had made her acting debut at the age of seven in her father's film, Saaheb. She is the sister of choreographer, Vijay Ganguly, who is best known for films like Jagga Jasoos, Andhadhun, Stree and Love Aaj Kal. In 2013, Rupali had tied the knot with her long-time friend, Ashwin K Verma, whom she had known for 12 years.

In 2015, Rupali had embraced motherhood and had welcomed a baby boy, Rudransh. After delivering her baby boy, Rupali had taken a sabbatical from acting and had returned to television after a gap of seven years with the show, Anupamaa.

In real life, Sudhanshu is married to Mona Pandey. The actor got married to Mona when he was just 22. Sudhanshu and Mona are proud parents to two boys, Nirvaan Pandey and Vivaan Pandey.
