Neha Bhasin Reveals She Has Been Diagnosed With A 'Personality Disorder', 'I Have Been In Pain..'

Neha Bhasin is one of the most loved female singers in Bollywood. Her versatility and unique tonal quality set her apart from the lot. Neha has sung popular Hindi film songs like Swag Se Swagat, Heeriye, Dhunki, Kuchh Khaas, Laung Gawacha, and more. She is one of the most upfront singers in the industry and has always been candid about different issues. Recently, the singe shared an important update about her health with her fans.

Neha Bhasin opens up on being diagnosed with a personality disorder

Neha Bhasin has been active on Instagram and often shares updates from her life on her IG handle. Recently, Neha took to her IG account and shared a lengthy note wherein she revealed her diagnosis of Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD). She shared that for years, she knew that her health wasn't okay, and now, after a long time and medical advancement, she has come to realise that her nervous system feels broken.

In the note, Neha mentioned the symptoms of those illnesses, like chronic fatigue, physical and emotional pain, anxiety, and more. The singer said she has now found solace in journaling and yoga. She admitted that she has been in pain for several years and still pushed herself to achieve her goals, and now her therapist suggested her to rest. She captioned the post as:

"A day in my journal as I struggle with certain challenges in my life. I neither write this as a victim nor a Victor. I just write as that seems as the most comforting thing to do. Sending everyone love."

When Neha shared a lengthy note about her medical diagnosis on her Instagram, celebrities and fans quickly extended their support. One user said: "Sending loads of love and hugs to the person whose music and voice soothe and console me when I am down." Another user wrote, "Powerpuff girl, you stay strong, Neha mam, you are a warrior."
