Nagarjuna Called Bahu-To-Be, Sobhita Dhulipala Hot In Old Video, 'There's Something So Attractive..'

Nagarjuna Akkineni is one of the most popular actors in the South Indian film industry. He is currently in the news as his son, Naga Chaitanya is reportedly getting engaged to his alleged ladylove, Sobhita Dhulipala, on August 8, 2024. For the uninitiated, Chaitanya was previously married to actress, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, and the duo got divorced in 2021. Now, Chaitanya is all set to start his new journey with Sobhita.

Nagarjuna Akkineni's old video surfaces online

Amid the ongoing speculations, we have got an old video of Nagarjuna Akkineni, in which he made surprising comments about Sobhita Dhulipala. The video in question is from the success meet of Adivi Sesh's film, Goodachari, in 2018. In the clip, Nagarjuna was seen standing on the stage and talking about Sobhita, who is now going to be his daughter-in-law. We can also see Adivi and other artists standing in the background and smiling.

Nagarjuna calls Sobhita Dhulipala 'hot'

In the video, Nagarjuna was seen heaping praises on Sobhita Dhulipala's beauty and shared that he found the actress 'hot' in the film, Goodachari. His comment left everyone shocked, and they were seen looking at each other. However, Nagarjuna tried to rephrase his statement and said that he found something attractive about Sobhita in the film. He was heard saying:

“Ok Sobhita Dhulipala…she was so good. I mean I should not say it like this. She was hot in the film. I mean there is something that is just so attractive about her.”

Netizens find Nagarjuna's old video about Sobhita 'weird'

As the video surfaced on the internet, social media users came up with mixed reactions. Reacting to the video, a netizen wrote, “Gross. These men give themselves away all the time.” Another user commented, “Babes sometimes it's better to not let your intrusive thoughts win in all seriousness, even though this is from 2018 when Naga Chaitanya and Samantha were still together, it's so weird to say this about a younger new actress... like just say she's attractive and alluring or captivating or some shit no.”

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala are reportedly getting engaged

Meanwhile, a report in The Great Andhra revealed that Naga Chaitanya might get engaged to his alleged ladylove, Sobhita Dhulipala, on August 8, 2024. A source close to the actor stated that Naga Chaitanya’s father, Nagarjuna, will reportedly release a note about the wedding soon, while the engagement pictures might be released by August 9, 2024. Another report in the Hindustan Times stated that the ceremony will take place at Nagarjuna's home.
