A Mole On Kevin Jonas' Forehead Turns Out To Be Skin Cancer, He Undergoes Surgery To Get Rid Of It

The lead guitarist of the pop-rock band, Jonas Brothers, Kevin Jonas is a famous American musician and actor. Kevin gained widespread popularity with his appearances in the musical television films, Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. Apart from that, he was also seen in the series, Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream and Jonas. However, he recently made it to the headlines for a shocking turn of events, as a small mole on his forehead turned out to be massive.

Kevin Jonas has been diagnosed with the skin cancer, basal cell carcinoma

Taking to his IG handle on June 11, 2024, Kevin Jonas dropped a video, wherein he revealed how a small mole on his forehead near his hairline turned out to be a massive threat. In the video, Kevin revealed that he was about to get surgery to remove the basal cell carcinoma, which was actually the mole on his forehead.

He also provided his fans with a close view of his forehead, which featured the skin problem. While showing that on the camera, Kevin added that this small mole-type scar was skin cancer, and it started growing, for which he had to get the surgery done. As per several sites, basal cell carcinoma is a type of skin cancer that basically develops in the bare skin, which is exposed to the sun, especially on the face. Kevin said:

"Yes, that is an actual little skin cancer guy that started to grow, and now I have to get surgery to remove it.”

Coming back to Kevin Jonas' video, it then featured Kevin after the surgery was done. He revealed that place on his forehead, which was operated and the singer blurred it with the help of an emoji. Cut to another video, when Kevin was discharged from the hospital and was heading towards his home after the treatment was done. The singer, in the video, urged people to get the moles checked on time, by which he actually meant that people should be aware of their health even with the minute details. His caption can be read as:

"Friendly reminder to get your moles checked."

Kevin Jonas got married to the American reality TV personality, Danielle Jonas on December 19, 2009. For the unversed, the duo first met with one another while being on separate family vacations in the Bahamas back in 2007. After that, they got engaged in 2009 and later tied the knot in the same year at Oheka Castle. The couple has been together for 15 years now, and they are parents to their two adorable daughters.
