Kartik Aaryan Reflects On His 'Notorious' Love Life, Talks About Ideal Partner, 'Unlucky In Love...'

Bollywood actor, Kartik Aaryan has been winning hearts with his acting prowess in rich content-driven films. However, apart from it, the actor's love life often hits headlines for one reason or another. Kartik reportedly dated his Love Aaj Kal co-star, Sara Ali Khan, and after their alleged breakup, he began dating Janhvi Kapoor. If rumours are to be believed, he was also in a relationship with Ananya Panday for a brief period of time. Recently, Kartik candidly opened up on his love life and shared the traits of his ideal life partner. 

Kartik Aaryan talks about his ideal life partner

In an interview on Raj Shamani's YouTube channel, Kartik Aaryan was asked about the qualities he would want to see in his ideal life partner. Responding to the same, the actor shared that he believes that everything happens on its own and the list of qualities often changes too. He said:

“I don’t know. It will just happen on its own. Vo jo list hoti haina k frequency match ho jae, vo funny ho, ye sab apne aap he aa jata hai. Kai baar vo list change he ho jaati hai. Kuch aesa hota nhi hai.”

Kartik Aaryan talks about the qualities he would like to see in his ideal partner

The Chandu Champion actor also stated that sometimes it happens that when you meet someone, you just click instantly. He added that understanding between partners is essential and that they should respect each other. Kartik also mentioned that one should not look out for perfection in life as imperfections make it all the more beautiful. He was quoted as saying:

“I would say that she should be humorous or I should understand her, and she should understand me, she should respect me. These are all tick marks that you want in life. She should be passionate about her work just like I am. When you go for perfection in life, I think imperfections make it all the more beautiful. In terms of a partner in life, I don’t have a specification now. Vo life me kabhi nhi ho paega.”

Further in the interview, when Kartik Aaryan was told that he has been a little notorious in dating, the actor gave a cheeky reply. He responded that his personal life was the most talked about subject at one point of time, and it's been like that since then. When he was asked if he has started to avoid dating publicly, Kartik jokingly mentioned:

"Mera personal life at one point pe kaafi talked about ho gaya tha uss moment pe. Main toh privately bhi date nahi kar raha hu. Dara dara ghoom raha hu shayad."

Kartik Aaryan reveals he is not dating anyone

Kartik further elaborated that after getting famous, one meets very few people due to the work pressure. He added that while one can earn money and fame in life, nobody can buy love in life. The actor clarified that he is not dating anyone and he has been unlucky in love. In his words:

"You meet very few people after getting famous. Because of your work, you meet a very limited number of people. It becomes like that. Paise ho jaaye, shauharat kama li, but one thing is sure that you can't buy love. I'm not dating anyone. I'm called a romantic hero, but I have been unlucky in love."
