First Time After Miscarriage, Ankita Bhargava Stepped Out With Husband Karan Patel And Friends

One of the most important and beautiful phase of a girl’s life is experiencing motherhood. More so, when she is expecting, starts getting a baby bump and starts developing a personal bond with the little life inside her. When a girl is awaiting such good things, what if someday you are made to believe that all of this was just a mere dream?

Such is the story of Karan Patel and wife, Ankita Bhargava. The couple have been married for over 3 years and ‘were’ expecting their first child in November 2018. However, to everyone’s shock, the news of Ankita’s miscarriage started floating in late in the evening of June 25, 2018 and fans couldn’t be sadder. At a fun party hosted by Ekta Kapoor, Ankita Bhargava was all smiles in the pictures shared by both Ekta and Ankita herself. The latter was joined by hubby Karan Patel and other prominent faces of the telly town, namely, Anita Hassanandani and hubby Rohit Reddy, Ritvik Dhanjani and Asha Negi, among others. For the uninitiated, the official statement confirming the miscarriage read, “I would urge all media personnel to please allow Karan and Ankita Karan Patel enough time to deal with the miscarriage. It is a difficult time for them individually and for the families involved. This sudden turn of events happened a few days ago and ever since we have tried to keep it low key, only so that we allow them enough time to cope with it.”

It could be further read as, “However, given the nature of the lives they live we do understand there will be speculation and concern from many, while we are ever thankful to the love and concern shown I’m sure we all agree that it is a tough time for them and coming to terms with it will take a few days!! Ankita’s father and veteran actor, Abhay Bhargava too, confirmed the news to the TOI and shared that she is doing better. He further stated that he didn’t wish to comment further on this issue.

Earlier, when speculations were rife about Ankita’s pregnancy, Karan refused to comment on the issue. But netizens went in for a surprise when the couple announced Ankita’s pregnancy in the most unique way. In an interview with Bombay Times, Karan had shared, “It's sinking in slowly, and I am ecstatic. I can't go through the emotions and transformations, which Ankita is going through. It's a beautiful phase for her as she will graduate from a wife to a mother. I plan to spoil our baby silly with love and pampering once he/she is born. We would like to have two kids - both Ankita and I are the only children of our parents and we understand the need for a sibling." Ankita too, who was all geared-up to embrace motherhood had stated, “I have started prenatal yoga and will start pre-natal Pilates too. I have been advised to walk as much as possible. I find it because I have always been into functional and weight training. Earlier, I would focus on my whole body by trying to improve my stamina. But, now I want to become flexible and correct my posture with each passing month. I have also been advised to meditate which is on my list as well and I will be doing it.”
