As fun filled and joyous as weddings are, there is a darker side to them too. Well, don’t get us wrong as by darker side, we don’t mean goons and guns, but the fights that take place between the bride and the groom over various issues surrounding the wedding. The fights occur because the couple is unable to come to a common conclusion on certain matters.

The former partner would want pomp and show in all things, big or small,  while the latter would want a simple and sober lifestyle.

If one wants chocolate with strawberries and three tiers in the cake, while the other wants 3 different flavours with all kinds of shapes and themes, the two will always have a difference in opinion when it comes to setting up the house. If one wants to call even the extended family members while the other stresses more on friends, this will cause fights over family matters and how one person  always favours family over friends and vice versa. It also shows how strong or not each of their family bonds are.

If one wants the whole town invited and the other wants to restrict it to just close friends and family, the former being extremely extrovert and social, while the latter being asocial, will be the cause of conflict when it comes to hosting and attending dinners and other get-togethers in the future.

If your partner always wants you to agree with or obey certain family members even if they are outright unreasonable or wrong, this nature would continue always. You may do it during the wedding to avoid any fights or mess, but you may also have to do as they say all your life then. Standing up and speaking up for yourself in a decent manner will do you more good than listening to even the unreasonable demands your partner or his/her family makes.
