His elder son, Babil Khan posts something about his dad on his social media handles almost every day. This time around, Babil revealed that he saw his father in his dream and what happened after he woke up in reality made him emotional and cry.

On February 25, 2021, late legendary actor, Irrfan Khan's son, Babil Khan took to his Instagram handle and shared a beautiful throwback picture of his father from his younger days. In the picture, a young Irrfan looked handsome and classy as ever and can be seen wearing a white coloured high-neck along with a colourful stole from behind. But without a doubt, it was his shining smile that makes our eyes wet, as it brings back all the lovely memories of the incredible actor in our minds. Along with the picture, Babil penned down a note in which he revealed that he saw his dad in his dreams, and it was heartbreaking for him, as Irrfan was saying that he is going to leave him now. Babil wrote, "For in my dreams, I have no knowledge of your desertion. In my dreams today, you told me you were about to leave me, and you held me for so long."

Going further in his note, Babil Khan revealed that he woke up from that painful dream after his phone rang and highlighted the mythical connection between the two things. He stated, it was a casting call, and it clearly shows that his abba, Irrfan Khan is still taking care of him from the heavens. He continued, "Imagine the fact that I just woke up cause my phone rang for yet another offer to act, for yet another film. Now, what sense does all this make without you Baba? I'd rather keep dreaming. (Tears make it hard to type, someone invent a phone for people that cry a lot plis)."
